05 How does omnichannel SMS routing work? Verification codes are delivered across multiple SMS carriers with automatic fallback.
The router sends each verification code through a live carrier from your mesh and automatically retries or fails over to another carrier when a route is slow or unavailable, improving first-attempt delivery rates.
