Terms and responsible use policy

1. Independent service status

TGRG is an independent cloud service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Telegram FZ-LLC. References to Telegram are used only to describe the interoperability between the service and the Telegram platform.

2. Permitted use

The service is intended for lawful cloud-based Telegram account registration, session management, and account operations, including:

• Registering and managing Telegram accounts that you own or are authorized to operate, using the cloud infrastructure, smart proxy firewall, and SMS routing provided by the service.
• Automating session creation, warming, and routine operational workflows within the limits of applicable law and platform rules.
• Monitoring account health and live telemetry for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Prohibited use

You may not use the website or the service for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activity, including, without limitation:

• Registering or operating accounts that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to manage.
• Using the service to facilitate fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, spam, harassment, or other harmful behavior.
• Violating Telegram terms, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or data-protection laws.

4. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the legality of the accounts you register or manage through TGRG and for your compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. You assume all risk connected with misuse of the service.

5. Subscription and delivery

Subscriptions are delivered digitally after payment confirmation and grant access to the cloud control panel and its features for the selected period. Trial, monthly, and annual terms depend on the plan selected during checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address for delivery.

6. Refunds and access

Because TGRG is a digital service and access is delivered immediately, refunds may be limited once a valid subscription or trial access has been issued. Access may be suspended or revoked if the service is used in breach of these terms or for clearly abusive activity.

7. No warranty

The website and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, successful account registration in every environment, or immunity from platform-side restrictions. You are responsible for testing suitability before relying on TGRG in production workflows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website owner and service developers are not liable for account restrictions, failed registrations, data loss, service interruptions, third-party platform actions, indirect damages, or claims arising from misuse, improper configuration, or unauthorized activity.

9. Data and communication

Purchase-related data such as selected plan, transaction status, email address, and order identifiers may be processed as necessary to complete payment, deliver access, and maintain sales records. Do not submit data you are not entitled to use.

10. Acceptance of terms

By continuing to use the website or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you understand these terms, accept them in full, and agree to use TGRG only for legitimate and authorized workflows.
